You are not satisfied with the changing rooms in a sports centre that you visit. Write a letter to the manager. - What the problem is - How you feel about the problem - What steps you want the manager to take
Dear manager,
I have been a member of the
gym
for a long time. I am very pleased with the gym
. I recommend you to almost all my friends.
The gym
locker room has been pretty dirty recently. We discussed this
issue with other members and we told this
issue to the officer standing at the information desk. The officer was very interested.
But it is been a long time and nothing else improved.
I decided to write a letter. In my opinion, you should warn your cleaning unit about this
issue.
I guess it used to be cleaned twice a day, but now it is cleaned once a week, but the changing rooms and shower areas are used constantly.
This
situation affects our ability to come to the gym
. We do not want to come to the gym
so I guess there may be a decrease in the number of members.
I hope you solve this
problem and we will come to the gym
as happy as before.Submitted by kubrairmak287 on
