Overall
,it can be seen that
people
usually spent time with television the most in all the years throughout the periods given.
To begin
with,the average number of
hours
that
people
watched television remained constant in the first decade
then
there was a gradual drop after the year 1998 from 25
hours
to reach the lowest at just over 15
hours
.
However
,in all the years given,it was significantly higher than other media. Moving on to the internet which was not invented until the year 1993 slightly increased from 0 to 3
hours
in 2000.After that year,it exponentially rose to peak at 13
hours
in 2005. The other two media had a minority number of
people

and declined gradually to 3

in 2005
whereas
radio maintained the same level at 4
