, the room's condition was unacceptable. Upon entering, we noticed that the pillowcases were stained and there were visible shoe marks on the floor. This
was especially disappointing, as it was our first night together.
I requested assistance from a staff member, but he informed me that he could not help as his shift had ended. We were required to wait an additional two hours for another staff member to arrive and clean the room. Meanwhile, we were asked to wait at the reception, which was an embarrassing situation for me in front of my wife.
Given the inconvenience caused, I would appreciate it if you would consider offering a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. I hope that, in the future, room cleanliness and timely assistance will be given high priority.
