We were required to wait an additional two hours for another staff member to arrive and clean the room. Meanwhile, we were asked to wait at the reception, which was an embarrassing situation for me in front of my wife.
Given the inconvenience caused, I would appreciate it if you would consider offering a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. I hope that, in the future, room cleanliness and timely assistance will be given high priority.
