structure, it is readily apparent that, “Education” represented the most important indicator in both years. In terms of “Interest on borrowing” has doubled from its original amount over 5 years.

, “Education” led the way among other sections with 24% in 2010 , then
it experienced a slight drop to 21% in 2015. “Healthcare “and “Defense” faced minimal drop, with “Healthcare” decreasing from 21% to 20% and “Defense” dropping from 17% to 14%. “Transport”, “Culture and leisure” experienced reductions, followed by from 3% to 1%, from 2% to 1%.
On the other hand
