You have a full time job and are also doing a part time evening course. You know find that you cannot continue the course. Write a letter in your tutor. Write a letter -describe the situation -explain why you cannot continue at this time - say what action you would like to take
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to request a pause for my IELTS Academic Preparation Course.
I am registered for the VIP IELTS Academic Package and my application number is A1EE3040Q. I am a part of the evening group, the one in Mr. Tomas’s class. The course is 3 months long. It started back in November this
year and is supposed to finish in January next year
Unfortunately, I can not continue attending the classes for the period from mid-December to January because as per your knowledge, I am an employee at Apple Company and we are starting to prepare for the end-of-the-year sales along with
our new campaign launching in January 2025.
I would like to know if I can stop my application and resume it in February 2025 to continue with the other groups. If this
option is not possible would I be able to receive a partial refund I chose to cancel the course.
I await your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Wefag abdulmajeed
