Many people believe that taking risks not only in career but also in family lives is beneficial, while others contradict with this view. From my perspective, the benefits of considering challenges outweigh the demerits with a view to achieving higher ambition and going beyond one’s comfort zone.

Some people think that housing facilities should be built in the vacant areas of cities and towns, while others believe that parks should be set instead. Planting trees is very important for the environment. Do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
It is thought by some that if there is an empty space in the city, housing should be built there, while others argue that, rather than using is it for housing areas, building a park will bring a plethora of benefits since it is essential for the environment. I do believe that providing public gardens is indispensable because for of two reasons: cities need green space and building more housing in the city will account for unhealthy life.

Nowdays, employees of many companies have the opportunity to work remotely. Working from home can offer a number of benefits; however, there are also possible drawbacks to be discussed. I believe that advantages outweigh its disadvanages.

Nowadays, an increasing number of people agrees that using animals as testing materials for human is brutal, while others think it is evitable since human is at the top of the food chain. In my opinion, we should not make this into a black and white issue.

Some people think that physical strength is more important fi for success in sport, while others think that mental strength is mort important. Discuss both views and give your own opinion .
In this modern era, some people argue that being physically strong is the highest priority for conquering any kind of sport. Contradictory, others argue that the most priority in a sports match is having a strong mentality. Both of these views are proven scientifically. However, in my personal opinion, I prefer focusing on mental strength to win a sports match rather than physical strength.
