Dear Sir or Madam, I had a flight from Paris to London on the 13th of February (identification number is AL-303). I had a terrible migraine, and because of it I didn't think straight and left my bag in the cabin. I noticed my mistake only when I was already at the hotel. It is a small red handbag with a gold zipper, it has one pocket inside, a striped handle, and a big gold "S". If I remember correctly, my purse contains: medications, one silver necklace, one silver ring, and my driver's license. I would appreciate your help in getting my bag back. I would like to check if it was found and what is the procedure to claim it.
