In this modern world, it is argued that sleeping is not taken seriously as before. Some factors which influence this trend can be managed. This essay will discuss problems caused by lack of sleep and give possible solutions to avoid lack of sleep. It will outline the inefficiency of human beings as a result of lack of sleep and point out the importance of reducing work overload to sleep well as well as maintaining diet, and physical and mental health.

All subjects are important for an insightful education, helping pupils to become versatile and adaptive. As far as I am concerned, a balance between both views is optimal, where teenagers are exposed to a range of subjects but are also given the freedom to focus more on their strengths and interests as they mature.
