Because of the negative effects on health of an inactive lifestyle, all university students and school children should be forced to do sports activities at least 3 times per week. Do you agree?
Nowadays, the majority of people are living a sedentary lifestyle, which is responsible for causing a large number of health issues. To overcome this problem, it is suggested that students of the academic institutes have compulsory outdoor game sessions at least three times a week. In my opinion, this will prove to be the best solution to mitigate this negative development and will be helpful to teenagers in various ways.

The advancement of technology has transformed a new style of communication. People do not do how they used to be decades ago, however, it has already shifted to a digital era by using new inventions of technology. I lean toward the belief that technology has invented a digital interaction phenomenon and it has positively impacted people's lives by providing convenience that helps people stay connected with others.
