Students attend university to improve their prospects and find suitable employment after graduation. For this reason, some feel that they should focus all their energy on their main subjects to gain a relevant qualification. Others want a more well-rounded education, so they try to learn about additional subjects.
In general, people make decisions based on their varied characteristics and knowledge of the situation. Unlike many who are willing to take the risk, personally speaking, I tend to be more conservative because life and career could be at stake if bad choices are made.
The internet has become ubiquitous in modern society, resulting in the abandonment of newspapers. Whether or not this is beneficial for us, is a moot point. However, this essay agrees with this sentiment due to the reasons the upcoming paragraphs elaborate on.
One of the social concerns today relates to whether or not libraries are a waste of capital investment, rendering them to be replaced in the future by computers. While it is commonly suggested that computers are way more cost-efficient to operate when compared to a library, others do not believe so. In my opinion, libraries provide readers with better information for high-level academic research; meanwhile, the internet's benefit is the quantity of knowledge and different viewpoints users are exposed to.
Online sites have made it easy for the public to access information without the need to buy physical products like newspapers and books at no additional cost. Although I agree with this statement to some extent many factors should be taken into consideration as well.
