I hope this letter finds you well. As we discussed, I am writing this official letter to inform you about my part-time studies and the reduction of my working hours. I enrolled in NAIT college in a Business Management certified course, classes will be on Monday and Friday from 11 am to 2 pm. As a salad bar clerk, I know these are the most important hours. I already have asked Olha to work on these days, as she is getting 10 hours in week, and she is happy to cover my shift. So, from now my availability will be Tuesday to Thursday including with Weekend anytime. As we have lots of people who can work, that’s the reason I prefer to have lectures. In case you need me in closing after 3 pm to 9 on Monday and Friday I will happily work. It won’t be able to affect to our work, but it helpful in increasing our sales and customer attraction.
