A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

According to some people, building more sports centres is the best solution to improve the health and fitness level of people while others insist that this measure alone will not help. In my opinion, fitness centres will definitely enhance public health if people use them properly. However, unless they also follow a balanced diet, exercising alone will have no real impact on their health and fitness. It is up to a person to do the right exercise.
