The western section comprised three rectangular fields designated for fruit trees, soft fruits, and vegetables. On the eastern side, a chicken coop was located at the southern bend by the river, with a farmhouse positioned centrally and a barn in close proximity. Beyond the track to the north lay land designated for sheep grazing. Today, the track has been transformed into a roadway.
