look into an urgent matter of some missing documents of mine that were sent a week ago but haven't reached their final destination. A set of attested documents of college graduation certificates needed to be delivered by the 20th of September, 2026, to the University of California for my application of masters. Unfortunately, they have not received anything else, but it was mailed 10 days ago from your post office. These documents include original copies of college graduation degrees and some important files like references from teachers and employees. I do have copies , but only the originals will be acceptable at the time of admission into a university. The parcel was well packed and sealed in a yellow envelope with all the details written on top of it. I have communicated with the admission desk about the situation , and they allowed me 10 more days to submit the file. I hereby request you to look into
