Nowadays, in a number of countries, people are willing to buy a house as opposed to renting it. In my opinion, economic instability and governmental advertisements contribute to this situation. I am also convinced that homeowners are more likely to benefit from privacy and economic success. Therefore, the benefits of purchasing a house override its drawbacks.

People have different points of view about whether having easy access to food produced all over the world is positive. Personally, I agree with the convenience this trend bringing to consumers; however, there are still several problems for the local farmers and merchants that can't be ignored.

Some argue that it is crucial to finish tertiary education level in order to get employed, while others believe that gaining experience and ameliorating personal skills are more vital. Although the latter opinion can be beneficial in some cases, I am convinced that education plays a more significant role in assisting individuals to secure any profession.
