In many countries, people are now living longer than before. Some people say an ageing population creates problems for governments. Others people think there are benefits if society has more elderly people. To what extend do the advantages of having an ageing population outweigh the disadvantages?
Constantly increasing life expectancy has become a hotly debated issue nowadays. While some people believe that more elderly population in our society can lead to additional challenges that the government should tackle, others see this change as a great opportunity, that can benefit our society. In this essay, I will argue that the advantages of an increase in the ageing population can outweigh the disadvantages, if companies adopt the working environment and recognize the pensioners as a new market share with great potential.

Many governments emphasis economic growth as their primary objective, believing it is the foundation for national prosperity. However, others argue that social, environmental, and cultural progress are equally vital for a country’s long-term well-being. While economic advancement is undeniably important, focusing solely on it can lead to significant imbalances. A holistic approach that integrates multiple forms of progress is ultimately more sustainable.

16.When a new town is planned, it is more important to develop public parks and sports facilities than shopping centres for people to spend their free time in. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
As the site of burgeoning new residential areas is becoming more and more common, there is inherently emerging a host of dilemmas, the most thorny of which is town planning. Therefore, the authority is still considering whether the construction of public parks and sports facilities, or shopping centres should be given the priority. Personally, I am of the view that the former should be prioritized over the latter.

Many manufactured food and drink products contain high levels of sugar, which causes many health problems. Sugary products should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. Do you agree or disagree ?
Nowadays, there are many foods and beverages that have high carbohydrate content in them, leading to many diseases such as cancer and heart attack. In order to minimize this, a statement that sweet products should be sold at high prices where the public will avoid purchasing these products. Personally, I disagree with this statement to some extent which will be discussed below.

Some people believe that governing bodies should give more attention to mitigate the problems of environmental pollution and solving housing problems to protect denizens from health issues. Personally, I wholeheartedly agree with this statement for the following reasons.
