In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case?

Nowadays, living in a self-owned place gives a feeling of stability and security. Hence some people believe consider owning a home is much more important than renting. It is because when people rent they should spend more cost on renting. Therefore, having a self-owned home can be a form of investment. This is also supported by rising house prices year by year. For example, according to a survey, Indonesia’s house prices grew about 1.5% compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic when people lost their job and had to sold their houses at high prices.

It is believed by lots of people that online shopping is a very easy way to buy or sell items,however others think that the drawbacks overweight the advantages. both statements are correct in some cases, but I guess that advantages are more vital than disadvantages.

Some approaches should be taken by the government to address this problem. To begin with, the construction of roads and transportation infrastructure should be given more focus since a well-developed traffic system help regulate the flow of vehicles and avoid the gridlock issues. Another feasible solution is to encourage the use of public transport systems such as buses or trains. This could be achieved by providing a reliable service and reducing the price of tickets to make it more affordable for the average person.

Studying alone is a thousand times better than studying with a fake friends or with the lousy company.According to some mentor if pupils read together become beneficial for them and they get an advantage from it, but some think that if one sits deserted and avail himself in studies get success more then them and my perspective is that studying with friends who are intelligent and study with dapper gathering become most beneficial in studies.
