In many developed country's more than half of the workforce in the organization's are occupied by female employee's. On the other hand, most of the executive positions are employed by men. In my opinion, I agree to the fact that companies are required to withhold certain amount of positions to women. This will result in the organization's to have unbiased decision's along with viable work environment to achieve greater goals.

It is a common sight these days to encounter a huge number of internationalbvisitors in historical sites and museums, while the case is reverse when it comes to local tourists.In my perception, the lack of display of innovative collections and events might be the compelling cause behind the shrinking interest, and this situation needs to be improved with effective strategies.

neat and clean, but construction work going behind of my room making unpleasant noises which make me almost immpossible to concentrate on my studies and work.

Let me explain my situation. The trouble started the day before yesterday when construction workers started to put a tie beam on the building. Prior to that, everything was extremely good and quieter. Now, whenever I came back to my room after finishing the classes, I feel a very high amount of noise hitting the ceiling of my room. Therefore, I am not able to sleep and complete my assignments on time which might affect my grades in the final examination.
