A positive working environment has a great influence on employees achievement and organization success. It is considered by some people that companies management's should organize a positive atmosphere at the work-site which award workers for their achievements and honour them by caring. However, others argued that employers should more focus on facilitating them to materialistic things. In my opinion, supportive and peaceful working area is key for the success of organizations. In this essay, I will some some light on both the views.

I'm always good at English but gave ielts 3 times as my writing score of 6.5 was pulling the entire score down. After I followed the tips I managed to get overall band 8 including 7 in writing.
