. While more women consumed than men, only 11

children ate as per the daily recommended

which is fairly low. The year 2006, saw a steady increase in the consumption by men and children.

, consumption by women has significantly grown to 32

in 2002. But, the percentage of both men and women along with children in 2010 decreased by 2, 6 and 2

respectively. Still, over the three different time spans, women were the top consumers of fruits and vegetables as per daily recommended
