As with every debate, there are reasons as to why one party considers their opinions superior to that of the other group. The argument concerning the necessity of a gap year between high school and the university is no different. Some people believe that it is necessary for secondary school graduates to have at least a twelve months to probably do an internship, travel, or just simply taking a break from an academic environment.
