Considering how much time we spend at

work

, it is important to take into account which factors influence

job

satisfaction.

This

essay will explore two of these factors and

then

explain how they allow

job

satisfaction to be within the reach of every

worker

. Of all the various components which lead to happiness at

work

, one is self-value.

For instance

fulfilment. In conclusion, two of the main factors that affect

achievement are one’s sense of value and passion for their

Moreover, considering the scale of globalisation make the countries need each others. To address this problem, some people say that single world currency is needed to remove the barrier. I disagree with the opinion because that means the money is maintained by one country. This monopoly can benefit certain groups and different exchange rates for each currency can lead to problems.
