I am writing to complain about the horrible food quality and service that my family and I had at your restaurant. My name is Ishan Saverdekar and we had organised in a small family dinner party at your

 hut restaurant on

 Sunday. We had pre-booked table number 12 for seven people for the same. I was so surprised by finding that both quality and service were compromised throughout our dinner time. We had ordered 5 different pizzas to try out each of from your menu. One of the Italian

, which I had ordered, came with under-cooked bread and the cheese was not melted enough. Another pepperoni

 that my nephew had ordered, he found a cockroach in it.
Moreover
, I have asked the waiter to cancel the

 order and return the money, Anna, the allocated staff for my table, rudely told me that it is not possible to refund the money and I have been asked to replace the

 made our dinner party so worse and we had to leave the place without eating. I truly disappointed with your restaurant’s food quality and customer service.
