market has become more competitive as more older people start to apply for the same positions as younger people.
This
phenomenon leads to several severe problems, and some feasible solutions would be
analyzed
examined carefully and methodically; broken down for consideration of constituent parts

applicants.

, young people have to compete with older people who have accumulated more experience, which means that young people might fail to find work.
