Others think that the true function of a university should be to give access to knowledge for its own sake, regardless of whether the course is useful to an employer. Whether universities are responsible for supplying their graduates with the

and skills required in working life is still a question of controversy. Some people claim that universities are under no obligation in doing

job, they can choose to deliver whatever courses beneficial for their own good. I personally favour the former idea for some following reasons. For the

reason, since universities are the preferred choice of millions of students in order to have a stable income later on, they must ensure that they can be capable of equipping the fundamental basis for students. To be more specific,

and skills that employers are expecting to see in candidates.

throughout the academic years when studying in universities.
