Most people in the world have to work to earn a living. However, many people work only for the financial gain that it involves, and not for any other rewards that a job can offer. What do you think the main consideration when deciding what job to take should be?
In my opinion, the most important factor while deciding what job to take highly depends on ones area of interest. However, it is not guaranteed that your particular area of interest will pay you enough to fulfill your basic needs. For an example, few decades a go banks used to hire people who are smart with numbers and good at customer services. Things have evolved in recent years and with advancement of technology, system does most of the things. Thus, banks now look for people are good with customer services to retain their customer. By this example I am trying to proove that one needs to upgrade in their job to stand with whats needed to survive in the job market. Moreover, with increasing population in the world one needs to stand out themselves by mastering a skill which very few have in their area of interest.
