Dear Sir, I am writing the letter to show my dissatisfaction about the service I have received from your organization which is regarding the breakages of my goods in the transition

 I have recently shifted from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad and my organisation had a contract with your company and as per my discussion with my finance department the entire fund of the shipment will be reimbursed by my organisation once the transition is done.
On the other hand
, there is a separate written contract of good protection which should follow strictly.

, when the furnitures arrived at my current location most of them were damaged as the service providers were wrapped neither placed it correctly.
