International tourism has brought enormous benefit to many places. At the same time, there is concern about its impact on local inhabitants and the environment. Do the disadvantages of international tourism outweigh the advantages?

, these negatives certainly do not override the associated benefits. To being with, the rise of international travellers is associated with increased crime rates and anti-social activities like gambling, drugs and child trafficking which affect the society of that country. Environmentalists are worried about the harmful impacts on the nature reserves and historical monuments because of the increased tourist activities. In
this
scenario, the police department would ensure the safety of the foreign tourists by enforcing stern laws and by implementing strict rules and regulations, which in turn would reduce the negative impacts of tourism.
On the other hand
, the increase in the number of tourists to a country will obviously lead to many prospects in terms of employment generation and local entrepreneurship.
This
will, in turn, boost the local economy of the state and attract foreign investors towards a nation. It should
