A completely agree to the fact that the government should encourage a certain percentage of high level jobs should be reserved for women. The reasons why I agree to
this
statement are as follows:

and foremost, if a certain percentage of jobs are secured for women in companies and other

places, it will encourage parents to consider teaching their female children so that those female children will benefit their parents after graduation because there will be available jobs for them in the future.

decrease early marriage and girl child drop out.
