Some people prefer to be in the same kind of job their entire life, but others like to change their jobs frequently. Discuss both views and give your own opinion

It is a common belief that having the same jobs may not be helpful to people, others do not agree.
However
, I firmly believe that people prefer to be in the similar kind of task in their lifelong because they allow people to work harder to get promoted in their work and have better skills. Others believe that changing jobs frequently are good since they can face new situations and they are happier/more fulfilled.
Firstly
, they want new challenges because they want to have new experiences. To be specific, when workers get stressed out and tired about their jobs, they want to get a new job.
Secondly
, they are more satisfied with getting different/various business experiences.
This
is because they do not fit well in just one field, so when they get a more favourable career they can perform better. In my opinion, doing the same profession until retirement is advantageous. If people continue to keep one work in their lives, they develop skills. Whatever they do, they can do well because they have mastered the tasks at the workplace for many years.
As a result
, these people can easily get a promotion and they will definitely have a chance to succeed in anything.
For example
, most successful scientists have stayed in the same field and have made important research and discoveries that are very helpful.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
