The plans below show the layout of a university's sports centre now, and how it will look after redevelopment.

The diagrams illustrate the current construction of a university’s sports centre and proposals for its renovation. Overall, it is readily noticeable that the university sports centre is predicted to expand much bigger, and on either
side
 of outdoor courts of the main block will be converted into several additional facilities including dance studios, a leisure
pool
, sports hall, a sports shop, and a cafe.
Besides
, two extra changing rooms will be built in the future. At present, the university’s main block is flanked in huge outdoor courts. In the main building, there is a 25-metre indoor

 with a changing room to the west

 and a seating area to the east

. As for the location of the gym is to the rear of the

, while the reception is in front of the

. All the facilities in the main building will not be altered for the plan. The only slight exception is that the gym
