A lot of people spend a major part of their adult life at work, so job satisfaction is very important for individual happiness. What are the main factors that contribute to job satisfaction? What are the possible solutions for people who are unsatisfied with their jobs?

 essay will try to find which factors contribute to job satisfaction and which solutions can help people who are unsatisfied with their jobs. Young and ambitious people who finished their universities should be the most satisfied people. They are young and they want to show what they know. Their ideas are modern. Companies have to recognize that and try to keep that people enthusiastic by giving them an opportunity to be promoted.
