in most of the countries there are rules and laws regarding: saving the trees; against deforestation; laws related to establishing pollution causing factories away from habitat; about pollution check of running vehicles and many more, but still a big time failure is observed at the step of implementation. So, simply making

laws would not help, governments need to take steps to check the implementation and subsequent results of
