The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two period. The figure provided compares the total number and the level of satisfaction of Ashdown Museum visitors before and after restoration. Overall, it's clear from the pie chart that after refurbishment the total total and the level of satisfaction both saw significant increases, while the estimate of dissatisfied deceased dramatically. As is shown by the table, the number of museum visitors rose moderately, showing 74000 before the renovation, and
this
figure had climbed to 94000 after the refurbishment.
In addition

, the amount of very satisfied and satisfied visitors were 15% and 30% at the beginning, which had rose dramatically to 35% and 40%, respectively, while the opposite was true in dissatisfied and very dissatisfied amount's, showing 40% and 10%, their share dropped to 15% and 5%. With regards to the share of visitors with no response, its percentage leveled out at 5% in both periods.
