The position of women has changed a great deal in many societies over the past 50 years. But these societies cannot claim to have achieved gender equality. to what extent do you agree or disagree?

For the past 50 years, an uncountable amount of effort has been given to change the position of women in the society, yearning for
gender
equality.
Although
this
effort has greatly changed the outlook on the
gender
group, many are unable to say that
gender
equality has been achieved. Personally, I
also
find
this
to be true. The reason for which will be

explained within the essay, and followed by a conclusion pulled from the discussion. Despite it being true that more and more women are working and earning status and work used to be exclusive to men. Women are still handicapped in a multitude of ways. One of the biggest examples is the

pay gap, where women are earning less in comparison to men for the exact same quantity of work.
