It has been argued by some people that universities must give a proper insight and skills which are related to task placement for employees. But some people believe that every university must ensure merely the quality of education, whether it is related to work or not.
This
 essay will delve both aspects of the university's rule. Some students enrol merely those courses which are related to the workplace due to task nature. Students of engineering will focus only on practically orientated courses to find their suitable work. Their goal is only to complete their courses as soon as possible without wasting much time. Students of law departments do not waste them in mathematics due to task nature.

, universities emphasized only job-oriented courses. The recent research in Canada has said that students who are highly dependent on the job orientated study will save money their and time in their life.
On the other hand
, some universities offered students only quality education, whether it is important in the field of job or not. They think that only assignment-orientated study cannot ensure the improvement of the country. A country's progress is largely dependent on new ideas. Without vast knowledge, a student cannot provide new ideas.

, the advancement of those nations will be hampered. So universities should provide vast and theoretical insight to ensure good creative ideas.

, many developed nations as like as Bangladesh has an open research department in their every university to get good skills in the progress of nations.
