In my opinion, parents require to follow strict rules so they can manage some time to spend with their family, which will help to make things more understandable between parents and children and help to keep strong bonding between them. Children grow with the support of parents and utilise well their resources. Overall, it is very important for parents to balance their work life as well as professional life.They must spend some time with their offsprings to enhance their performance and make them feel comfortable.
