However, it
is now ethical for a

to change its experienced senior employees with fresh ones. I believe most of the time
this
is a need for an hour to replace them with inexperienced.
This
essay will discuss both of the views. Some jobs require high physical and intellectual demand from their employees. Physical jobs
such
as a coal miner and construction work which need more physical need that young people can do more efficiently rather than those who are aged. Intellectual work are air traffic controlling and medical care treatments required quick response, a minor late response causes many deaths. For
this
they do not have any other option except to replace their experienced employees with young employees. The
company
should take care of their senior workers rather than to give only just one good morning. An organization has to give them a monthly pension after their tenure complete from the firm. It is the responsibility of an organization to take care of their aged employees and retire them with proper benefits and medical treatment when they complete their time from the
company
so they do not depend on any one.
As a result
this
approach not only helpful for them, but
also
save government monthly expenses spends for the treatment of old peoples. To conclude no doubt some works claim physical and intellectual need and organization have only option to replace senior workers, but they have to give them proper benefits after completing their service from the
company
so they can live their remaining life without any difficulty.
