In some places, teenagers are encouraged to get part-time job while they are still in school. Do the advantages of teenagers working outweigh the disadvantages ?

The meaning of teenagers working has been increasingly significant in a fast moving and dynamic society. The question here is whether the students should start working while they are still in school or not. Before giving a reasonable answer to that, it is important to look at the debate from following angles. On the one hand, early-age employment may involve getting experiences and the learning of responsibility. In the other hand,
this
may be regarded as working pupils have to observe the regulations and complete tasks.Perhaps one typical reason why that argument still remains valid is the experiences and disciplines are needed for their future career. And they can save money for their own goals. More importantly, a considerable factor that could justify
this
is my friend's experience of working at a fast-food restaurant. He is a high school pupils and he has to work as a part-
time
employee to reach his goal. All things considered, teenagers working is a common thing that we can see in movie theatres, fast-food restaurants, etc.
This

more knowledgeable and have more skills.
On the other hand
, early working could go along with distracting students and making them weary. From another perspective, we can see that students who have part-

job
do not have enough
time
for their homeworks and assignment. It might interfere with their ability to concentrate on studying. There exist examples of
such
, and the clear one is the case of a friend of mine who are working at a fast-food restaurant. He has a lot of bad grades when he is in school. The answer for that problem is he always goes home late because of part-
time
job
and he feels tired after a part-
time
working day. Another illustration supporting
this
is a research said that there is a correlation between students doing part-
time
job
and their score rate. In short,
student
have a part-
time
job
might suffer from difficulties in
time
management if they are still full-
time
students. It is challenging to have a steadiness between studying and working. Taking the above argument into account, there should be a balance between getting more experiences and concentrating on education. To some extent, that could be understood as a part-
