Should education and healthcare be free of charge and funded by the government, or should it be the responsibility of the people to pay for these services? Discuss the above and give your opinion using examples.

In the recent past, some people believe that education and medical facilities should be provided by the
government
while others believe that people should pay these expenditures themselves to support the country. In my opinion, these facilities should not be free and in
this
essay, I will propose logical examples for the same. On one hand,
government
Suggestion
the government
generates revenue from each and every product is sold in the market. Employee have to pay taxes and often these taxes are, the higher in amount.
For example
, my father is a
government
employee and he has to pay a different kind of taxes to the
government
such
as central and state ministry tax. Earlier, there was transparency of the fund collected but in recent times it has changed.
Moreover
, the revenue created is quite large and can be used for capitalized health care and education fees.
On the other hand
, to maintain a good and prosperous economy,
government
should have enough funds and by providing free facilities it will cost the authority a ton load of money
also
, it can get collapse if not managed well.
For instance
, in Nigeria the
government
tried to implement
this
kind of scheme which was intended to provide basic amenities,
however
, the
government
was not able to sustain with
such
work load and money pressure.
Furthermore
,
government
has to maintain a balance in in allocating its funds
such
as to fund the military and to invest in new technology. To encapsulate, it seems logical to demand health care and education for public at free of cost, but the state has to work for other aspects of the country as well.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
