As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction ? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers ?

Since many adults spend approximately one
third
of their lives working, happiness at
work
is considered as an incredibly important aspect of an individual’s life. There are various contributors for an enjoyable
job but few
Suggestion
job, but few
employees will truly have
such
factors in their working lives. From my perspective, employees can get
job
satisfaction in a number of ways.
Firstly
, having a sense of purpose plays a vital role in creating
job
enjoyment.
This
relates to how much a person feels that what they are doing contributes to the economy or the society as a whole.
In addition
, a sense of fulfilment could be strongly encouraged through a pleasant working environment. For
examaple
an item of information that is typical of a class or group
example
examples
, if a boss is fair as well as an employee is cooperative and treated with respect by their colleague, it will become more attractive to
work
.
Lastly
, unless the
job
suits a person’s interest, being satisfied with one’s
job
will be decreased.
In other words
, someone who is not passionate about the
work
will be unable to pursue it for a long time and will feel exhausted soon.
Therefore
,
this
fatigue will lead to a lack of
job
satisfaction.
However
, it is difficult to image a world where everyone is truly happy with their
job
. To illustrate,
as a result
of hard economic realities, a large majority of people has little choice in the kind of
job
they can get.
Hence
, some employees have to
work
in a
job
that matches neither their personality nor their qualifications.
Furthermore
, a lot of people are often bored senseless due to performing repetitive
work
for a long period of time with no end result. Poor labour relations may
also
result in insecurity and resentment rather than
job
happiness. In conclusion,
although
it is impossible for everyone to enjoy their
work
, I personally believe that it is likely to promote more
job
satisfaction in any
job
by implementing the factors identified above.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
