Some people think that governments should hold responsibility for not creating equal job opportunities for men and women, while others think that society is at fault. Discuss both views and give your opinion. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience Write at least 250 words.

It is often argued between different groups of people, where some believe that women are generally discriminated against men in the
job
sector because of the lack of
government
action, while others assume that the
society
is the primary reason behind
this
action. In my opinion, both
government
and
society
are responsible in their own ways, which are
further
discussed in
this
essay.
First
of all, it is a generally known fact that behind the unequal
job
opportunities between men and women,
government
is somewhat responsible. One of the reasons behind
this
consideration is that there is some bias towards men in the corporate world, where most of the
government
jobs are meant for men while women are generally neglected. To illustrate
this
, a survey was done by Oxford University in 2015 which showed that only 20% of
government
jobs were open for women, and
further
on only 10% of these women were actually hired.
Additionally
,
this
proves opportunities provided by the
government
for women are not only scarce but
also
poorly regulated.
However
, the role of
society
in
this
problem ought not to be underestimated
.
Accept space
.
Although
the gender discrimination has greatly reduced in the modern
society
, it still somehow remains in various fields, including
job
selection. Due to
this
,
job
interviewers usually discriminate between men and women during
job selection
Suggestion
the job selection
as it sticks in their mind that men are more useful than women as represented in the
society
. In a recent study done by the business administrator, it is clearly proved that only 30% of the individuals successfully hired for different jobs are women.
This
shows that
society
has created a common mindset where women's actions are normally seen below men. To sum up, both
government
and
society
are at fault for not creating equal
job
opportunities, which is proved by the fact that
government
provides less jobs for women, while
society
creates a bad environment which undermines Womens' actions.
