A company’s success partially depends on the employees who work there. It is vital for an employer to hire a right candidate with suitable skills set to do the job. Some experts believe that the academic certificates play an important role during recruitment while others oppose

idea. From my perspective, the focus should be more on the academic qualifications rather than individual skill set.
To begin
with, having suitable qualifications are necessary because it shows the person knows about the job and can perform it. University education helps the candidate to acquire the in-depth knowledge of the specialised field and helps them to prepare for the tasks and challenges there are going to perform in the companies.
