. Most critical factors which lead to being satisfied are respected at workplace and monetary compensation. Being treated with respect by superiors and peers makes a huge positive impact on their confidence which results in motivating them to take their performance to the

level. Concurrently, it is equally important to get paid well because that will help them earn their desired living. The study shows that 80% in of the case managers are ones to ensure their subordinates get the respect they deserve, along with timely appraisals and salary hikes.

proved that people leave their bosses and not jobs. Looking at practical viewpoint, not everyone can get their desires fulfilled in the workplace. One can have unrealistic expectations of their managers, which results in conflict situation and as a repercussion, dissatisfaction begin to develop. It is unrealistic to try and satisfy all workers because people who are non-performers can’t expect to receive the same level of respect and salary as compared to the go-getters.
