ight decisions but elderly people have sufficient wisdom to tackle all the situations.These days many young people are becoming leaders but they are not as much successful as older.
To begin
with,older people have all the tricks to tackle diverse situations of life and they are more diplomatic and
this
skill is really essential in order to manage various circumstances of life.
For instance
,a survey was conducted by Kartar Singh,and he had concluded that seventy per cent organisations of Punjab have hired elderly people on high ranked jobs because they are more patient and adaptive by nature.It is
also
seen that in the developed and developing countries all the prime ministers and presidents are above the age of 45 because older people are more mature and they can tackle all the difficult situations of life.
On the other hand
, it is
also
seen that young people are more hyper and aggressive and they get frustrated and sometimes their problem-solving capacity is not as fast it is required so,people like older people because their decision making power is strong and powerful . To recapitulate,I would like to write that people always
likewise
leaders,bot old people have sufficient knowledge and experience to tackle all things.
