Some people think that developed countries have a higher responsibility to combat climate change than developing countries. Others believe that all countries should have the same responsibilities towards protecting the environment. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

It is a widely held belief that industrialized nations are more accountable for environmental changes as compare to developing nations. But there is a strong counter-argument amongst sections of the people that believe all nations are equally liable for
such
an environmental disaster. So they all should take steps to save the
environment
.
However
, I think that it is a matter to be debated in light of several factors before a reasonable conclusion can be drawn. The
first
and foremost reason is that Asian countries and mega deltas,
such
as Africa are one of the most vulnerable due to increasing
pollution
levels. To more specific, nowadays, most of the developed nations are responsible for higher forestation to make roads, which lead the soil erosion, bush fire, and Tsunami.
For example
, every year, Australia cut millions of trees to make upmarket infrastructure and to make plain areas for road connectivity, which is responsible for a bush fire every year.
Hence
more
pollution
and
climate
change.
Moreover
, developed countries establish more and more industries to increase the economic prosperity of the nation. These industries especially which produce
fuel
, are highly responsible for
pollution
and an unconducive
climate
.
For instance
, according to environmentalists, in the coming years, the USA will become the top polluted country as they are producing more
fuel
every year for the sake of defeating China in term of economic level. As compared to past years, USA air quality is diminished by 11%.
On the other hand
,
although
developed countries produce more
pollution
. It's the responsibility of all the countries to save the
climate
. In
this
contemporary era, for the sake of high progress in a short period, developing countries using cut corner methods to make new technology which may have a detrimental impact on the
environment
.
For example
, Pakistan allowed its industries to produce a high quantity of raw material in a short period so that they can supply to other countries to earn money, which is potentially dangerous for the
environment
. So all the nations are equally accountable for environmental disasters.
Besides
this
, in all countries, with increasing road traffic the
fuel
consumption is increasing. So to stop
this
excessive burning of fossil
fuel
they should find alternative energies for transport
such
as solar energy. To conclude, even though industrialized nations are more liable for
climate
change due to high industrialization, all the countries have a responsibility to take possible steps to save the
environment
,
such
as grow more trees and fewer rainforests.
