Nowadays, tourism has been taken to another level. People can now see with their own eyes, places that not too long ago was only possible to be seen on the screens. Tourists have found their way to visit areas with hard climatic conditions,

as deserts and the North Pole. In the following essay, I will be sharing some benefits and disadvantages for both the environment and the sightseer regarding these new possibilities. On the one hand, expeditions to unhabitable areas can be extremely beneficial. Seeing with our own eyes how wildlife functions on its perfect balance, without being touched by human hands, can be an exceptional experience. I had a chance to watch a documentary about a man that was a pioneer entering into the jungle decades ago. He described how amazing it was, to meet animals that are now extinct.
