Big salary is much more imporatant than job satisfaction?

Although
many people believe that Big bucks are more intimidating than job satisfaction, I think in a reverse manner and disagree with the statement. My inclination is justified in the following paragraphs. Out of all the arguments, the strongest one to prove my view is a reliable workplace with a peaceful mindset and pleasure to work is very much important. It is to say because giant salaries can not always help a colleague to nurture ideas, inner balance is
also
essential. An excellent example of
this
is blueberry is a significant technological company which offer their workers bug-sum of payment but, Workers are not satisfied due to constant change in work schedule.
Besides
that,
this
is
also
true that

is not achieved, he/she will not be able to develop. The other reason to prove my point is
salary
brings wealth, not the peace. Many research institutes have already confirmed that healthy mindset working person pays more attention to develop the company rather than a person already at the pick of his earnings.
In addition
to that, It is not logical to compare
salary
and joy of working.
On the contrary
, some people counterclaim the mentioned support. The main argument they do is big sum annually is more critical, which is not wrong up to some extend.
Also
, Big
salary
gives a mindset to stay within the same company for a longer time.
Thus
, to wrap up the discussion, it can be said that despite the big
salary
are more important than peace of mind. My reason that well-being is upmost important than a significant sum of wage is logically acceptable.
