That learning comes from varying sources including group activities offered by institutions or hobbies and interests practised in their leisure time. To begin
with, planned group events have been a part of the school curriculum for a long time. These activities put children in teams to work together on a problem.

promotes communication and improves social skills.
Furthermore

On the other hand
, letting children control what they want to take part in their spare time can provide positive results for certain individuals. Giving them the freedom to choose what exercise they undertake will lead to an increase in motivation and determination to accomplish what the activity wants. It will

For example
, a kid which is interested in playing football chooses to take part in a football club will improve his skills and knowledge about the game. To my mind, participating in events organised by schools is the most efficient way to deliver knowledge to pupils. Schools have the necessary resource and funding to implement a system to nurture the minds of children through activities which a child may not have access to at home.
