You are going on a month training programme to the UK and know that the head of the course would like one of the participants to be the social events' organiser. Write a letter to the Training Organiser. In your letter • expressing your interest in the role • requesting more information about it • explaining what experience you have
Dear Sir,
My name is Viraj Pandya and I am head physiotherapist at Fortis hospital. I am writing
this
letter to get more information about the offer which you have proposed to our group regarding the social event
organiser. I want you to know that it will be my pleasure to work as an event
organiser in the UK.
As I was going through the training manual on the website, I was thrilled to know that the programme is about Sports
injury management, which is my area of interest. I would be thankful if you could provide more information about its
roles, responsibility, and layout of the whole Change the word
the
event
.
Since the programme is about sports
injury management I will be happier to inform you that I was a part of the Indian Hockey team for the past 6 years and travelled around the globe with the team to help them out in on-field injury management. After that, I have been a part of the Fortis hospital sports
physiotherapy department, where I have helped many Olympic level athletes to date. So, I am assuming that as I am coming from a sports
professional background I might be an eligible candidate for the particular social event
organiser. And, I am looking forward to know your reply.
Thank you very much.
Best Regards,
Viraj PandyaSubmitted by Viraj on
